The data was collected from the five cities across the north, west, and south of India. We conducted an in-depth analysis of the regions and segments based on parameters such as product price points, preferred buying sources, and willingness to buy from cash-and-carry stores. The analysis was augmented by the inclusion of competitors and offerings.

Objective & Scope

The client, a consulting firm, was supporting a government entity in assessing digital business models in the retail industry, for instance, dark stores, autonomous stores, and peer-to-peer (P2P)/peer-to-merchant (P2M) platforms.
