The objective was to assess the market and provide actionable insights to support informed decisions on the procurement and implementation of HR systems. To achieve this, the client sought Benori’s support to:
- Examine HR system trends, challenges, opportunities, and key customer priorities within the social care sector
- Assess potential suppliers using a scoring matrix aligned with the care organization’s needs, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses
Approach:
Developed a structured evaluation matrix and scoring framework based on key decision criteria, including automation capabilities, compliance alignment, and support models. Deployed an AI-powered web intelligence workflow to scan and interpret content referring to the scoring framework from official websites, documentation, etc. Used vision-based LLMs to analyze product demo videos consisting of onboarding workflows, automation triggers, in-app reporting tools, etc., referring to the scoring framework. Created an evidence-backed scorecard with weighted scoring. Every criterion in the matrix was linked to a checklist for scoring, based on the available evidence from LLMs.
