India’s GCC landscape saw significant developments in May 2025. Uttar Pradesh launched a new global capability center (GCC) policy to position its cities as global service hubs, aiming to create over 2 lakh jobs. Key players such as SAP, SAS, Rakuten, and Pioneer expanded their presence across Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. New centers from HARTING and SolarEdge further strengthened India’s research and development (R&D) and innovation edge. These moves highlight India’s growing importance in global tech, AI, and digital services.

Benori provides customized market intelligence and location strategy to support global firms in evaluating, launching, or expanding GCC operations. Please reach out to us at contact@benoriknowledge.com.
