The client, a global advisory firm, was supporting a public works authority in the Middle East and assessing the state of digital transformation (DT) in the public works sector. It wanted to help the authority develop a DT strategy, implement technology solutions, and sought Benori’s support to:

We identified digital and non-digital trends driving transformation in the public works sector, key challenges faced by PWDs, and actionable recommendations for overcoming these barriers.
