Benori (www.benori.com) is looking for a Sales Manager/Client Relationship Manager with minimum relevant experience of 8 years in a sales/business development role focused on the India market. The position is based in Gurgaon.
The individual will be working closely with Director of Sales and supporting them with business development by generating sales opportunities and closing deals for Benori's solutions. This position requires experience of managing complex sales cycles and will be a mix of new account development and key account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the solutions offered by Benori and contributing to Benori's business development
- Assessing the needs of clients/prospects by understanding their business and identifying pain points
- Providing thought leadership for developing solutions for clients' business problems
- Supporting in the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities, designing outreach activities, developing a pipeline by using multiple sales channels to closing sales deals
- Engaging continuously with existing clients to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify new areas/regions of growth and taking initiatives to spearhead such efforts
- Collaborating with the operations team to respond to proposals, RFIs and RFPs and ensuring quality of delivery
Qualification and skillsets:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field
- Adept in relationship building with CXOs with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience of sales and business development
- Excited about working in a start-up as part of a fast-paced and rapidly evolving team
