Benori is looking for a Design Analyst with 3+ years of experience. The position is based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing high-quality documents, business presentations, memorandums, and other client-facing/internal materials
• Creating infographics for client projects
• Enhancing visual formatting of Word and PPT documents with various design styles.
• Working on graphic requests using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign
• Any exposure to GenAI-based tools, such as Midjourney, will be a plus but not mandatory
• Should be ready for work from the office (including client locations in NCR)

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, with certification or relevant experience in design and formatting skills
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and inDesign
• Collaboration and attention to detail
• Multi-tasking
• Excited about working in a start-up as part of a fast-paced and rapidly evolving team
