Benori (www.benori.com) is looking for a Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager with 7+ years of experience, to help design, execute and manage Benori’s online and off-line marketing and communications strategies for increasing brand awareness. The position is based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the website design and content, and tracking and reporting key metrics on an ongoing basis
• Designing, maintaining, and building social media presence across platforms
• Planning and deploying digital marketing campaigns that drive brand building and lead generation including email and social media campaigns, newsletters webinars, and SEO/SEM
• Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required
• Leading the planning and implementation of PR and other initiatives related to the brand
• Collaborating with internal teams, agencies and vendor partners
• Creating and managing all marketing materials and collaterals in line with the brand guidelines
• Enforcing brand guidelines across all media, collaterals and deliverables

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or any related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a demonstrated experience of designing and implementing digital marketing and communications strategies
• Good understanding of B2B marketing automation, SEO and SEM, online marketing tools (such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics) and social media platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter)
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and data-driven thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excited about working in a start-up as part of a fast-paced and rapidly evolving team

Benori (www.benori.com) is looking for freshers for Research Analyst role based in Gurgaon to work on a variety of custom research assignments for Benori’s clients and partners. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth secondary and primary research
- Data collection, synthesis and analysis
- Writing reports and preparing presentations

Qualifications and Skills:
-  Bachelor's/Master's degree in management/engineering/business/biotech
